Ferrari Goes Green?

Mitsubishi cars has stepped into the greener side by coming up with all-electric car plan by 2010. I just don’t know if their selection of trucks with the Mitsubishi pickup radiator hose will follow. Speaking of green, guess what brand plans to go eco-friendly? Check this out!

We have known Ferrari as one of the world’s greatest manufacturers of extraordinary performance cars. They have been famous because of the lightning speed of each of the vehicles in their lineup. And talk about Formula One… simply amazing. But today, aside from their tenacity on the road, Ferrari wants to be recognized as an eco-friendly brand. The company plans to build future models of its sports line in the shade of green! This is by aiming for superior fuel efficiency and diminished CO2 emissions.

According to HybridCars.com, Ferrari aims to develop its vehicles to guzzle up 40 percent less fuel and create 25 percent lesser emissions than the present models specifically.

"We have to face the challenge of reducing consumption but not affecting the performance of the car," says Amedeo Felisa, the general manager of the company.
